Outside Lands, one of the west coast’s most coveted annual music and arts festivals, returned to Golden State Park for its seventh year this past weekend, presenting one of its largest lineups to date. From Kanye West to The Killers to Tiesto, the festival continues to explore the blurring of lines and genres, creating a unique experience for each of its attendees.

This past weekend in Chicago, Belvedere Vodka and UG Strategies partnered with Ian Schrager’s new Public Hotel, for a series of Belvedere – hosted VIP tasting events, attended by over 100+ artists, bands, media reps, and invited guests in town for Lollapalooza Music Festival. Guests were treated to complimentary Belvedere cocktails, a Friday night artist dinner, a Sunday brunch party, select product gifting through a partnership with Nike, and exclusive after parties with DJ sets from Lollapalooza artists such as Passion Pit, Above & Beyond, and Splurt.

Despite fans’ disappointment over the loss of Camp Bisco, a new festival, The Hudson Project, was announced as its honorary replacement earlier this year from promoters Meat Camp Presents. Flaunting an eclectic lineup along the lines of Bro Safari, Araabmuzik and Infected Mushroom, to name a few, The Hudson Project, although cancelled on the third day due to weather, was fantastic and we’re excited to see this one grow in the years to come.

In support of the July nationwide theatrical release of Begin Again, a musical drama written and directed by John Carney and starring Keira Knightley, Mark Ruffalo, Adam Levine and James Corden, UG Strategies got together with our friends at The Weinstein Company to produce a themed Begin Again “rockstar” photo booth festival tour, where fans were able to take selfies and group live-band shots with their friends, in sponsored activation areas at both Governors Ball Music Festival (New York / June 6-8) and Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival (Tennessee / June 12-15).
