The Bed Head Hotel Takes Over Miami & Chicago

OVERVIEW

• Partnered with TIGI Haircare International & Entertainment 3Sixty to produce The Bed Head Hotel, a series of takeovers of boutique hotels in Miami during Ultra Music Festival and in Chicago during Lollapalooza, that included festival after parties, exclusive artist and celebrity events and more, featuring sampling and promotions for Bed Head’s new hair products.

• Invited guests were able to enjoy free professional haircuts & styling from certified Bed Head stylists, product gifting, open bar and food, massages, and more on-site.

• Managed all talent booking and relations for the events, which featured performances and/or attendance by: Diplo and Major Lazer, Tommie Sunshine, Foster The People, Armand Van Helden, Skaters, Rebecca & Fiona, and many others.

• Secured media event coverage and release mentions with major outlets including: NBC, BizBash, The Huffington Post, Mobile Marketer, Elite Daily, and others.

• Collaborated with Conduit Mobile to build a Bed Head Hotel custom mobile app experience tied into the event activation, and strategize with the client on how to further drive Bed Head’s brand and product awareness through supporting mobile & digital channels and exclusive event content.

• Negotiated and secured strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships with third parties, including Belvedere Vodka, Peroni, and others. These alliances not only added value and services to the overall consumer experience, but also helped absorb costs.
 

HIGHLIGHTS

• Over 150 million media impressions (via online, TV, social media) for Bed Head and our supporting partners.

• Engaged Bed Head directly with over 100 key DJs, artists, celebrities, and VIP influencers.

• Over 1,500 consumer guests in attendance in each city.

• Integrated the Bed Head brand with key demographic influencers including DJs, musicians, and artists, while creating surrounding media exposure and awareness, utilizing content and strategic press account relationships.
