In addition, Casanova worked for TVT Records in New York in the label’s tour marketing department.

As founder of Slingshot Festival and former executive producer of Moogfest, Kai has brought national artists and brands together in singular ways, making him a cornerstone of any UGS experiential program.

Alyssa Serio is Production Manager at UGS, specializing in the creation, logistics and safety of events that cater to society’s current climate. Since 2012, Alyssa has worked with some of the nation’s top music festivals including Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, Lollapalooza, and EDC Las Vegas. With hundreds of events under her belt, she has formed relationships with industry leaders in ticketing technology, guest relations, and production.
